Please attach the address label provided to your parcel and send your parcel to our warehouse and ensure you retain proof of postage. We regret that for non-UK customers, return costs are the responsibility of the customer and that exchanges cannot be processed.
International customers must clearly write ‘return’ or ‘unwanted goods’ on the label of their returns parcel to avoid extra unnecessary customs charges.

Please return your item and the returns/exchange form (delivered with the goods) within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will give you a full refund or exchange* within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please note delivery fees will not be refunded.
*This excludes international orders, which are eligible for returns only.
All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice, packaging and swing tag still attached. All un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund. We may instead return your purchase to you.

Exchanges are not available for non-UK customers, however you can still return your items and receive a refund for your order, subject to compliance with the outlined terms above.
All items need to be fully assessed before rendered faulty or damaged. Please contact our customer care at email@example.com for more information. Upon assessment if your item is deemed faulty or damaged, a full refund including all delivery costs will be given.
